Goes great with chips, fish, and even steak! Also very, very easy to make.
Ingredients3 Fresh tomatoes - diced
1-2 red onion - diced/chopped coarsely
1 half lemon slice
1 jalapeno(sliced)/1 tbsp chili flakes/any chili you like
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
DirectionsMixe together in a bowl, cover with cling-wrap, leave in fridge for atleast an hour (or a day if you want the flavors to blend together better), ENJOY!
